Responsibilities Work with Master & Reference data, systems, processing, integration, and management (understands data quality concerns with MDM) The ability to recognize the need for and propose DQ optimization rules to the business Proficiency in the configuration of IDQ rule sets including data cleansing, parsing, standardization, validation, DQ exception monitoring/handling, etc. Expertise in healthcare data domains implementation Experience in design of staging, landing and target tables during ETL processing The ability to fine-tune and optimize MDM Hub performance The ability and desire to mentor and perform knowledge transfer to support team Ability to communicate, write and synthesize information Teamwork, integrity and dedication is a must Qualifications Candidates must be proficient leveraging data management the tools and technology that drive value. Illustrative tools include: 5+ years of experience in design, development, documenting, testing, debugging and support of ETL solutions and MDM applications Hands on ETL implementation experience using AWS Glue and Python scripting Advanced SQL skills – DML and DDL (PostgreSQL and SQL Server preferred) Experience working with AWS cloud technologies Hands-on implementation experience using any multi-domain MDM (Multi-Domain Edition) tool (TIBCO EBX HIGHLY PREFERRED). Activities include: data model creation configuration of hierarchies data ingestion business rules match & merge workflow design integration with 3rd party enhancement tools and data sources API design integration with downstream systems Moderate to advanced Java programming skills (using Eclipse preferred) Experience with source control applications and best practices (Azure DevOps preferred) Familiarity with Tomcat and Linux Knowledge of data exchange mechanism such as REST, SOAP, CRMS, messaging, etc. Annual Compensation- $102,720 – $130,00 per yr. Please note, this position is remote and the pay range presented is a full range in the role specific to 100% national labor mkt avg. Salary bands across the enterprise may differ due to cost of living adjustments and are specific to an employees address and state and can vary for higher labor mkts.
