Seeking an experienced and highly Technical Lead / Software Development Manager for a 100% remote position with a leading MarTech company. Key Responsibilities for this Tech Lead / Software Dev Manager: Lead and manage a team of high-level engineers, ensuring technical excellence and efficient project delivery. Foster a self-managing team culture, following lean Konbon processes where work is visible and progress is tracked. Provide guidance and support while encouraging autonomy and ownership. Engage in technical conversations with engineers, acting as a principal engineer and tech lead when required. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, aligning project objectives and managing expectations. Drive project management activities, ensuring timelines, resources, and deliverables are met. Work on all new feature development, leveraging your technical expertise and leadership skills. Foster a collaborative, non-hierarchical team culture, encouraging initiative and stepping up when needed. Proficiency in Java, SQL, and Spring is required. Familiarity with cloud technologies is preferred, with an emphasis on data engineering. Front-end technologies are less relevant for this role. Leadership and Management: Demonstrate a track record of effectively managing and leading teams, driving successful project delivery, and mentoring team members. Prior experience as a tech lead or principal engineer is valuable. Soft Skills: Possess excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
