The Senior Workforce Management Analyst (Reporting Concentration) is responsible for all aspects of the scheduling solution including configuration, management of the labor model, drivers, attributes, budgets, forecasts and plans using the Reflexis WFM system. This position interacts with all levels of the Organization which have an impact on store scheduling needs: BSS, DC, Division Office, Regions, and Stores. Job Description Essential Functions: Analyze the development of bottoms up build of store payroll budgets within Reflexis Develop monthly support hours spread based on workload discussions Load weekly staffing budgets for all doors into Reflexis to ensure timely and accurate schedule generation Manage the trends to determine ideal spread of presell dollars to ensure that staffing meets customer demand/traffic leading up to big events Analyze and report on results of test & learn/pilot projects that impact store staffing Evaluation and simplify of all payroll budgeting and forecasting processes Load quarterly store payroll budgets by account, by door Advises stores on effective scheduling (e.g. staffing zone optimization, minimize edits, maximize effectiveness) Ensure that stores are hiring/staffing on matrix Responsible for coaching store managers and lead schedulers on scheduling best practices and training them on process changes Drive improvement in staffing and scheduling metrics by scheduling calls with bottom performing stores and regions Visit stores, as needed, to provide training and coaching to store/regional teams Build strong partnerships with Regional Operations Managers Escalate staffing and scheduling concerns to Regional Ops/RVP and WFM leadership team Education / Experience Requirements: Experience (Reporting Concentration): · Completing the automation of standardized reporting initiatives for business groups. · Interfacing with enterprise data warehouse systems. Ex. MicroStrategy, Oracle, etc. · Leveraging business intelligence (BI) platforms. Ex. Tableau, Domo, Power BI, etc. · Core competencies writing programming languages. Ex. Python, Java, C#, etc. · Core competency Microsoft Suite products. Ex. Excel, Access, etc. · Maintaining data consistency and accuracy. Requirements: Will be required to run weekend AM reporting.
