As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will be part of Operations & Maintenance team and responsible for maintenance/enhancement of Data OIL domain (ETL layer supporting functionalities like Claims processing, Member eligibility API, etc.) of OMMS product for Montana. Youll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, document, and deploy solutions on the MuleSoft Anypoint platform Troubleshoot complex production issues , identify source of the issue and fix/work with the appropriate team to get the issue fixed Identify ongoing risks and pain points throughout the project, develop and implement mitigation measures Suggest improvements and automations for recurring redundant work items and daily reporting Daily monitoring and tracking of ETL jobs/flows and perform required abend fixes Test and improve performance of the APIs in terms of response time, reliability and resource usage Work with team to create and influence proper standards for development, governance and operational lifecycle Documentation of process/flows Act as SME for Mule version future upgrades Willingness and strive to look at other areas such as Talend jobs, etc. as per project need Youll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree or 4+ years of equivalent IT experience 4+ years of experience with MuleSoft (RAML) 2+ years of development experience in Java/J2EE/JSE frameworks, APIs (i.e. REST, SOAP, etc.) 2+ years of hands-on experience with RDBMS and/or MongoDB: Writing DB queries, Stored Procedure, Functions, indexes and triggers from scratch and enhancements 2+ years of experience on UNIX shell command and scripting Proven good communication skills Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years of DevOps experience with Jenkins or Docker Experience in Talend with working knowledge of tmap, xml components, JSON components, DB components, Talend Data Mapper Experience in supporting production applications in 24*7 mode. Solid experience troubleshooting and resolving priority production incidents within the SLAs Healthcare experience Proven solid skills in proactive and preventive monitoring California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, or Washington Residents Only: The salary range for California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island or Washington residents is $85,000 to $167,300 per year.
