Responsibilities Become senior-level subject matter expert (SME) for end-to-end Cotiviti client-facing solution for design, development and troubleshooting purposes Develop high-quality software modules for the Cotiviti product suite Analyze and resolve software related issues originated from internal or external customers in production and client-facing environments Analyze requirements and specifications and create detailed designs for development and implementation Independently troubleshoot (with minimal oversite) and resolve issues with minimal or no guidance Collaborate closely with the offshore development team to provide technical translation of business requirements and ensure software construction adheres to Cotiviti best practices architecture / design and coding techniques Continuously update professional knowledge of new technologies as selected and integrated into the Cotiviti product suite Execute all appropriate facets of the Cotiviti Software Development Lifecycle with a focus on for continuous improvement and building a high-performing team culture Mentor, and share knowledge with, other developers Qualifications BS degree in Computer Science or technically-related discipline 7+ years of relevant industry experience Experience in resolving issues in production, and client-facing, environments 5+ years of experience with developing Java applications 2+ years experience in development with Oracle and SQL programming Experience working with Unix / Linux systems Experience with Git and Jenkins a plus; code versioning / repositories a must Understanding of prevalent Software / Solution Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies; specific participation in Agile Scrum techniques preferred Ability to execute project deliverables in a dynamic, fast-paced environment within estimated timelines Excellent written and oral communication skills required A strong sense of character manifesting as integrity and humility Base compensation ranges from $105,000 to $140,000. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
