Theyre building industry-leading technology that all of their competitors are utilizing, from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience building large-scale Software as a Service products from scratch, with modern Java (8-14) and Springboot, utilizes AWS services daily (Cloudformation, SQS, Kinesis, Lambda functions, etc.), and has experience on the frontend with React or modern Angular as well. This engineer will get to build brand new and scalable Microservices with the latest and greatest technologies with a very stable and growing organization that has a global impact on the industry. Required Skills & Experience BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or another related field 7 + years of professional Java Software Engineering experience 2+ years of experience building software as a service products in a large-scale environment Modern Java technologies are required, including version 8 or newer, Springboot for Microservices 2+ years of experience in an AWS environment, utilizing AWS technologies regularly 2+ years of experience using modern front-end technologies, like React or modern Angular Desired Skills & Experience Experience working as a team lead would demonstrate reliability for this position Expertise is in streaming technologies (Kinesis, Kafka, Spark, Storm) would be a major plus!
