Job Summary We, at Compass group are seeking a SAP PI/PO and SCPI Integration Developer who will be charged with the development and support of implementing SAP PI/PO and SCPI as an integration platform with our S/4 HANA Finance and SAP SuccessFactors HR Transformation Journey. As a SAP PI/PO Developer, you will be charged with introducing SAP Process Orchestration as the middleware and integration platform for SAP solutions at Compass Group North America. You will be responsible for supporting, designing, and delivering interfaces between SAP and Non-SAP systems that combine functional business processes with technical message based integration development tools. The role demands deep understanding of the overall SAP enterprise system landscape and ability to translate functional requirements between SAP components within the core enterprise solution as well as integrate to external systems and applications. You will be working as part of the SAP Technical team that is responsible for development and support of all SAP applications across Compass North America. This position will develop your knowledge in many aspects related to Compass Group SAP operations and integrated IT systems. Job Responsibilities Primary responsibilities of this role include the following: Design and develop critical, complex SAP integration solutions to solve real business problems and architect high performance and scalable enterprise solutions. Works as part of the SAP team to understand business pain areas and provide insight and process improvements. Areas of focus will include SAP S/4 HANA – FI/CO and SAP Employee Central HR business processes. Works with SAP Functional Team and other non-SAP application to ensure that application designs utilize the appropriate Integration patterns and standards. Be at the forefront of exploring new SAP Technologies, a quick learner willing to learn new technologies and methodologies; maintains current knowledge of industry trends and standards. Builds and maintains a solid understanding of the application areas and the business areas they support. Job Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or related field or equivalent work experience. Exposure to the broad set of SAP solutions including ECC, S/4 HANA, SAP PO, SAP SuccessFactors, Fiori, SAP Gateway. Minimum of 5+ years overall SAP ABAP and PI/PO, SCPI development experience which includes experience in integration of SAP and non-SAP systems using XI/PI in both synchronous and asynchronous modes. Experience with SAP-PI/PO in A2A & B2B scenarios, monitoring, application administration activities, SAP Best practices, error handling mechanism and design the overall ground up SAP-PI/PO Architecture Experience in the configuration of adapters such as AS2, IDOC_AAE, JMS, JBDC, SFTP, SOAP, IDOC, MAIL, Proxy, web services, EDI and other Integration Builder objects. Experience with designing and implementing SAP PI/PO ABAP Proxies, Java mapping, XSLT mapping, graphical mapping and UDF Experience in integration with SAP modules such as: POSDM, FI, MM, OTC, IS-Retail Experience web services including REST, SOAP, and API management. Ability to develop repeatable development processes with supporting documentation. Excellent analytical, problem solving skills with the ability and willingness to build relationships with business partners. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Retail SAP experience with understanding on HR, Finance, Logistics, Master data, Pricing, Sales business process Experience with SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, CPI and SAP SuccessFactors. Good to have knowledge and experience with SAP Data Services Good to have exposure with BPM and BRM Good to have experience building production-scale APIs using platforms like Dell Boomi, Mulesoft and SCPI.
