Position Summary This position within the Teleflex Global Applications team is responsible for supporting the delivery of the global project portfolio in the SAP Commerce Cloud & Marketing Area and providing ongoing support and process improvements. This role will work closely with our Customer Experience and Commercial teams to delight our customers by providing cutting-edge solutions in the Commerce platform. *Open to remote candidates working Easter Standard Time hours* Principal Responsibilities Participate in the design, development, and oversee deployment of SAP Commerce Cloud & SAP Marketing Cloud to support business initiatives. This includes liaising with the business to gather requirements to lay out the functional design, handing over the ticket to the technical team, clarifying functional design to the developers, performing quality assurance testing, and following up on the end-to-end ticket lifecycle. Translate business requirements into user stories to be used by functional and technical teams for the implementation. Develop detailed system functional design documents to support system requirements and comply with Teleflex standards. Build a first-level support wiki to allow fast resolution of recurring issues. Apply functional knowledge to all phases of systems analysis and consider the business implications of the application to the current and future business environment. Track, monitor, review, and report project progress where appropriate. Recognize and analyze system or application problems as they are encountered. Provide first-level support for the platforms, being able to triage and address the tickets accordingly. Proactively identify platform opportunities and propose improvements to the technical team. Share ideas, information, knowledge, and data proactively to accomplish collaboration for the success of the team, project, or task. Support successful project implementation phases on a business and conceptual level. Provide mentoring, guidance, and education to other team members or service providers. Education / Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree. Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud 2011 & SAP Marketing Cloud may be considered in lieu of a degree. Minimum 3 years experience in the SAP CX space. At least 2 years of experience in SAP Commerce Cloud. Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud IMPEX files. At least 2 years of experience in SAP Marketing Cloud preferred. Involvement in a SAP Marketing Cloud implementation is a plus. Experience working with Jira and liaising with the business and technical team. Experience with all aspects of system implementation, including, but not limited to, gathering requirements, participating in designing the future state solution, supporting testing, and providing post-go-live support. Basic Java knowledge and experience is a plus. Experience with ASM, Backoffice, Cockpits, and SOLR search engine. Experience with SAP ECC transactions is a plus. Experience in an FDA-regulated environment preferred. Experience with eCommerce implementation using agile methodology. Quality Assurance experience would be a plus. SAP Commerce and Marketing Cloud certifications are a plus. Specialized Skills / Other Requirements SAP Commerce Cloud integration with SAP Marketing Cloud. Self-driven and able to lead the Project team through design discussions. Knowledge of the main SAP Marketing Cloud functionalities. Knowledge of Jmeter and selenium IDE is a plus. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to think strategically and to be creative in task completion. Proven ability to work globally and cross-functionally to ensure integrated solutions are developed. Demonstrated ability to work independently and to manage multiple concurrent tasks while dealing with changing priorities. Ability to work in a virtual environment. The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $75,000 and $90,000 however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will also include benefits such as medical, prescription drug, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, participation in 401(k) savings plan, and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO, short- and long-term disability and parental leave, dependent on the position offered.
