Your Role at KIK The Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Architect reports to the Chief Information Officer, you will lead automation initiatives within our organization. As an RPA Architect, you will play a pivotal role in crafting, developing, and executing RPA strategies to streamline business operations, bolster efficiency, and elevate our organization’s productivity. Your profound expertise in RPA technologies, process analysis, and problem-solving acumen will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our automation initiatives. What You’ll Be Doing Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to discern and prioritize processes amenable to automation through RPA technologies. Conceptualize and execute RPA solutions employing industry-leading RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. Analyze existing business workflows, pinpoint automation prospects, and propose optimal automation strategies. Craft and maintain RPA bots, guaranteeing their stability, reliability, and alignment with coding standards. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of RPA solutions to ensure precise and efficient process automation. Partner with business analysts and process owners to gather requirements, document workflow processes, and define automation specifications. Establish and uphold RPA governance and best practices to ensure scalability, maintainability, and regulatory compliance of RPA solutions. Monitor and provide support for deployed RPA bots, conducting troubleshooting and implementing enhancements or fixes as necessitated. Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions to business users and stakeholders on RPA capabilities and best practices. Stay abreast of the latest RPA technologies, trends, and best practices, proactively suggesting enhancements for process automation. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in RPA development and implementation. Extensive experience in architecting and implementing RPA solutions utilizing leading RPA platforms like UiPath or Microsoft Power Automate. Proficiency in creating RPA bots, automating workflow processes, and defining business rules using RPA tools. A solid grasp of business process analysis, process mapping, and process optimization methodologies. Proficiency in programming languages, such as C#, Java, or Python, with familiarity in scripting languages like PowerShell or VBScript. Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), APIs, and a strong grasp of database concepts. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a knack for dissecting intricate processes to identify automation opportunities. Experience in process automation across various domains, such as finance, human resources, or operations, is a valuable asset. Relevant RPA certifications, including UiPath Certified RPA Developer or RPA Power Automate Developer. Must be willing to travel at a minimum of 25%. We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At KIK, we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees. This position has a base salary range of $150,000 – 160,000 plus an annual incentive bonus or commission target. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
