Description : We are looking for a passionate Quality Assurance Tester who is ready to ensure top quality bug-free deliverables for a Salesforce program with our federal agency client. If you have experience in manual and automated testing solutions, particularly with Salesforce experience, this is a great opportunity to join Aleut Federal and work with a talented technical team on a highly visible platform for our federal government agency client! Responsibilities: Work with the team to understand client requirements and test solutions Conduct thorough manual and automated testing, reporting any issues to the development team and to help build and enhance new features in Salesforce as needs grow and evolve Design and execute regression tests to ensure that new changes do not negatively impact existing functionality Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and reduce manual effort Collaborate with developers and other team members to identify and prioritize test cases Analyze and report test results, defects and work with developers to resolve defects Stay up to date with the latest testing trends and tools, and suggest improvements to our testing process Requirements: Bachelor’s degree minimum Must be a US citizen. Subject to federal investigation requirements Strong background in building test cases, testing manually and with automation, documenting test steps and strategy, using modern testing methodology and tools Two (2) years of experience in software testing, with a focus on regression testing and automated testing * Strong knowledge of methodologies, manual and automated (Unit testing, Functional testing, Acceptance testing) Strong knowledge of tools like Katalon, Bamboo or BitBucket Strong knowledge of Agile software development utilizing Kanban Familiarity with all stages and ceremonies associated with the Agile development lifecycle (scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement, retros, etc.) Experience with at least one programming language such as Java, Groovy Familiarity with test automation libraries such as Selenium Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Experience testing for a platform that implements Salesforce Ability to work collaboratively with the team, often at a fast pace Ability to interact with client stakeholders Experience : 2 years: Software testing, with a focus on regression testing and automated testing 2 years: Background in building test cases, testing manually and with automation, documenting test steps and strategy, using modern testing methodology and tools
