Description : POSITION SUMMARY The MuleSoft Developer will be responsible for designing and developing integration solutions on the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and works hands-on with Salesforce & MuleSoft products to solve fundamental business challenges. The individual will provide technical guidance on MuleSoft implementation projects, evaluates, and documents the technical and functional requirements, and develops cost-effective solutions to meet the objectives of the organization. As the MuleSoft subject matter expert, you will advise your Business and IT counterparts on best practices for API management and help develop solutions. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the technical delivery of our API-Led MuleSoft projects and are responsible for designing, developing, and testing integration solutions for Salesforce in the MuleSoft platform Lead technical design sessions, designing and documenting technical solutions that are aligned with the business objectives by frequently collaborating with both business and technical audiences Assesses the banks MuleSoft environment and related systems in order to pro-actively propose solutions to business problems, improve business processes, and extend the strategic capabilities of the Bank. Provide estimates of the level of effort to implement a technical solution based on business requirements Builds deep relationships with business stakeholders and serves as a trusted technical advisor in order to solve complex technical challenges. Collaborates widely with stakeholders to create strategic roadmaps that accelerate and advance the banks MuleSoft platform and related systems, by defining architecture, methodologies, frameworks, and tools. Facilitates cross-functional planning and discovery sessions to develop or refine internal needs, technology roadmaps and solution designs. Leads architectural discussions. Contribute to the library of APIs to drive continuous integration strategies and reuse Conduct code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure high code quality and design patterns are followed Manage, troubleshoot, report, and resolve Integration issues or concerns Follow and understand new MuleSoft product and technical enhancements and capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions Use judgment, creativity and strong technical knowledge to resolve roadblocks and provide innovative solutions to technical challenges. Ensures adherence to Bank change management and vendor management processes and policies, especially including the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) policy and Information Security policies and procedures. Deploys broad and deep skills across disciplines by serving as mentor to others, including guiding less experienced developers and administrators with peer code review, solution design consulting, and recommending training and development plans. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain general workflow knowledge related to bank applications including Salesforce. Efficiently manages shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities, prioritization, and communication Maintain a current understanding of Bank procedures and policies, in compliance with all state and federal laws, including but not limited to Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, confidentiality regulations and FDIC and interagency requirements. Maintains a current understanding of Bank policies and procedures in compliance with all federal and state laws, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (SARs, CIP, OFAC), Information Security (GLBA), Identity Theft Red Flags, Financial Elder Abuse Reporting, and any other applicable regulations that may be specific to your job duties. Other duties as assigned EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Graduate of bachelors degree course, preferably Information Systems or related discipline Must have extensive hands-on experience in MuleSoft Demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade technical solutions Track record of providing technical solutions development for on-premises and SaaS applications using JEE and JSE frameworks Integration and interface development experience with MuleSoft and Salesforce Experience in the full development lifecycle of public and private enterprise services using RAML and/or REST-based APIs Experience profiling and troubleshooting Java application code Passion for knowledge transfer, teaching, and implementing best practices to ensure they have long-term success 1-2 years Experience with Tomcat, XML, JSON, JMS, WS-*, SOA integration, API Management technologies and standards as well as DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes) and/or Security (Ping Federate & OAUTH2 & SAML, Open AM) is a plus A data-driven, analytical mindset with the ability to formulate and translate insights into action that leads to measurable results Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly self-motivated and works independently to design, develop, and document needed code sets Ability to work under pressure and manage projects within budget and time constraints COMPANY PROFILE Established in 1975, Tri Counties Bank is a wholly-owned subsidiary of TriCo Bancshares (NASDAQ: TCBK) headquartered in Chico, California, with assets of over $10 billion and more than 45 years of financial stability. The hiring range for this opportunity is $103,000 -$140,000 annually along with incentive opportunities, creating a competitive total compensation package based on our pay scale, and may be modified by location and is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
