Essential Job Functions Provides external client-facing consulting services within a technology-focused practice (e.g. Data/Database, Security, Network, Product, Technical Architecture). Demonstrates specialization in functional or technical discipline while designing and delivering solutions to address client needs across domains of change. Supports staff development through mentoring and coaching of other consultants and the creation and development of intellectual capital. Meets personal utilization and revenue goals through strong delivery ability and relevant skillsets. Interacts with confidence and ease when interacting with middle- and senior-level managers (client and company); uses complex strategies like indirect influence to build consensus and support. Assists sales staff in qualifying leads and generating proposals. Contributes to growing the business by identifying new business opportunities in the practice area and selling the organization’s capabilities in various markets. Communicates in formal presentation settings including proposal orals, client workshops and regional internal events; develops proposal sections, methodology work products and formal written deliverables covering area(s) of expertise. Assists in the selection and hiring of employees. Trains, motivates and evaluates employees to enhance staff performance and develop employees. Addresses performance issues and makes recommendations for personnel actions. Motivates and rewards employees including providing salary increases, bonuses and promotions within allocated budgets and company guidelines. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or related field preferred Six or more years of experience in technical analysis and design, preferably within a consulting environment Five or more years of experience in Solumina Software Experience with any of the following applications is required: Apriso, or Critical Manufacturing One to two years of relevant experience in a particular technical specialty area included Experience working with techniques, tools, and approaches for application development and system integration Experience in JAVA, SQL, React.js, Redux, and Web UI Frontend development is a plus Other Qualifications Strong analysis and design skills Good communication skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment Ability to devise creative technical solutions Ability to convey a strong presence, and professional image, and deal confidently with complex technical problems Willingness to travel Work Environment Remote work available It is expected, at this time, you may be required as part of the job function to travel up to 25% This role does not provide visa sponsorship now nor will it in the future.
