Responsibilities This role is responsible for the support and management of Envisions portfolio of consultants that support applications and technology solutions. Role has overall responsibility for the architecture, support, maintenance, deployment, and enhancement of commercial software applications. This role specifically focuses on Oracle ERP Cloud Modules and Boundary applications. Additionally, the Enterprise Applications Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing technical development being executed by both internal and vendor led teams “ while working collaboratively with business units (Core HR, Benefits, Talent, Recruitment, Comp, Payroll, Finance, Procurement, Accounting) delivering technical solutions that meet goals and objectives Provide leadership and manage the work activities of direct reports in application development for Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications that includes new solutions and enhancement of existing systems Collaborate with business and key IT stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and schedule applications development and enhancement requests, while providing direction and guidance to the applications development staff Provide Design Guidance that follows the Enterprise Architecture Vision and adheres to applicable application technology Guidelines Lead ERP Development team on all design, configuration efforts supporting company goals, standards, and policies. Accountable for availability and performance of applications portfolio, including ownership of incidents and release management Drives stakeholder satisfaction by delivering quality applications and support with controlled and planned change management Communicate project status to various levels of management Partner with leaders of other disciplines to ensure proposed solutions align with information, technology, infrastructure, business, and security architectures Provide oversight in standards adherence through reviews of project work including detailed technical specifications and application code Proven experience in managing relationships with vendors/consultants, IT teams and internal stakeholders A passion for all things tech and a drive to experiment with new technologies to see where they can benefit the business Understand and mitigate the impact of technical design on Security, performance, and SOX compliant Data Privacy An interest in staying hands-on technical as well as wearing that team management hat The ability to work well under pressure and multitask in an interrupt-driven environment. Qualifications Extensive knowledge in all aspects of Enterprise Resource planning software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent presentation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent Functional & Technical documentation Skills Ability to deliver against several initiatives simultaneously Ability to Prioritize and organize effectively Associates degree from an accredited college or university in a technical discipline is required Equivalent relevant experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree. Expertise in business process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design and development, vendor management, enterprise application support (ERP/CRM), and a strong business understanding Experience working in an ERP or CRM environment, Oracle CRM experience a plus Excellent communication skills Minimum 5 years technical/functional development experience with ERP Systems Minimum 5 years experience in Oracle EBS R11/12.x architecture (database objects, personalization, extensions, custom library, forms, screens, reports, etc.) and integrations between modules Minimum 2 years experience in writing and modification of Fast Formulas Minimum 5 years experience with SQL*Plus and PL/SQL Functional Modules Knowledge: Financial, HCM/Payroll Familiar with SOAP and REST web services/creating and calling these services a plus Knowledge of JAVA a plus Knowledge of ITIL, a plus Understanding HIPAA regulations, a plus On Call Support during the day and off business hours Specifics for Finance Modules Support o Experience in Payables, Receivables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Project Costing and Billing o Familiar with Sub Ledger Accounting o Familiar with Procure to pay process in AP o Familiar with Cash Management Bank setup o Familiar with invoicing life cycle in Receivables, Applying Cash Receipts, Aging o Familiar with Fixed Assets Depreciation process o Months end close steps for Sub Ledgers (Receivables, Payables, Fixed Assets, and Projects) o Familiar with GL Posting Annual Compensation- $119155 – $145000 per yr.
