Java Application Lead with L3 Support Plano TX (Day-1 Onsite| 3 days Onsite & 2 Days remote) JD, Experience “ 10+ Years. Job Description:- Technical Skills: 3 years of experience in Java/J2EE or Dot Net Technologies Should have at least 2 years of experience in the support role. Working knowledge in database (PL/SQL, Query writing) Experience in GIT for source code management Experience in operations & ticket resolution (incident management) Experience in in Technical concepts, Analytical and Problem-solving skills Responsibilities: Level 2 application/Production support for JAVA, J2EE, Spring Boot WebLogic, Open Shit Container OR Dot Net, SSIS, C# Monitor production jobs and environment, on-call rotation Incident triage, assignment & resolution Support configurations for programs, enhance existing programs and/or integrate packaged vendor solutions with existing systems. Documents, tests (unit and integration), implements and provides on-going support for the applications. Application monitoring and preventive maintenance Weekly status and SLA reporting Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve complex production application defects Perform minor application upgrades / enhancements Support infrastructure maintenance / validation Support disaster recovery testing / validation
