Responsibilities: Responsible for Designing and Building Java, J2EE solutions. Ability to effectively use complex analytical, interpretive and problem solving techniques. Analytical, flexible, team-oriented and has good interpersonal/communication skills. Apply Internal Standards for re-use, Architecture, Testing and general best practices. Responsible for full software Development Life Cycle. Work closely with Development teams, Functional teams, Operation team, Interfacing teams, and Global/Regional Program/Project stakeholders across different regions. Responsible for the on-time delivery of high-quality code with low rates of production defects. Research and recommend Technology to improve the current systems. Communicate status and risk to stakeholders and escalate as appropriate. Flexible and able to manage time effectively. Ability to learn new skills quickly with little supervision and ensuring the details of high priority. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well at all levels. Efficiently and effectively manage work, time, and resources. Strong problem solving and program execution skills while being process orientated. Self-motivating and delivery focused individual.Required Skills: 10+ Year of strong experience as Java Developer with expertise in Java, J2EE , Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Java API. 5+ Years Tomcat/ WebSphere Application server. 5+ Years experience in UI/UX tech stack (HTML, CSS, React JS, Angular etc.) essential for building user friendly applications. 5+ Years working knowledge of Oracle database 3+ Years experience in UNIX/Linux Shell scripting. High Proficiency in Open-Source Technologies/Framework/Tools. Analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills. Experience with HTTP/REST services and Microservices. Experience using – JIRA, Bitbucket. Candidate should have experience in designing, implementation of new functionality and improve existing system Very Strong in terms of refactoring, best coding practices and code optimization. Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication. Bachelors degree in computer science or computer applications or Information technology or engineering or similar. Masters degree in computer science or computer applications or Information technology or engineering preferred.Nice to Have Skills Java Certification. JMS or Rabbit MQ or other message-oriented middleware Knowledge on Banking Domain is a Plus. Comfortable working with remote teams.
