Responsibilities Facilitate JAD sessions with customers Define and document detailed business and technical requirements Design and develop Genesys desktop solutions Expert hands-on experience with Genesys installation, configuration and development Work closely with Project Managers to ensure on-time, quality delivery Assist sales team with customer meetings and technical presentations Mentor other technical team members Requirements In addition to excellent communication and client interaction skills, you should have at least 2 years of experience with: Genesys Desktop (iWS, WDE and WWE) .NET and C# Development Desired Experience Genesys Routing Genesys Composer Genesys Reporting Genesys Voice Portal Genesys SIP Server Genesys eServices Genesys iWD Java Development Salary is DOE and is extremely competitive.
