Job Description: Position Summary: At Anywhere, cloud computing allows us to modernize and consolidate IT infrastructure, automate workloads, and pursue next-generation innovation! To continue this transformation, were seeking an experienced Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure cloud engineer who has expertise in the strategy, design, development, and implementation of large-scale projects in the cloud. The ideal candidate will have a firm grasp of new technologies, platforms, and applications and an ability to customize them to help our business become more secure and efficient. The Cloud Engineer will have an immediate impact on the day-to-day efficiency of IT operations and an ongoing impact on growth! Responsibilities: Current hands-on development experience or proven understanding in one or more modern languages and frameworks: Java, Scala, Golang, Python, JS/NodeJS Strong implementation background and experience with AWS and Azure Services (Preferably: Lambdas, S3, RDS, Application Load balancers, ECS, ECR, SQS, SES, SNS, Azure Functions, Azure storage accounts, Azure policies, Azure automation Accounts) Ability to develop cloud solutions to improve, enablement, security and reduce costs Experience with automation testing and deployment pipelines using DevOps tools such as Gitlab and Bitbucket Experience with application security protocols OIDC, OpenID, SAML Experience with database technologies such as Postgre, MongoDB and Elastisearch Knowledge of Rest APIs to include API development and API security best practices Knowledge of Monitoring and Observability Tools such as DataDog, Splunk and cloud native tools Knowledge of Corporate Governance on Cloud service usage and Security measures Qualifications: AWS and Azure Service Landscape (multi-cloud preferred): 3 years (Required) CI/CD Gitlab or Bitbucket: 3 years (Required) REST or GRPC, microservices-based architectures: 3 years (Required) Terraform, Ansible and AWS cloud formation for performing DevOps on cloud platforms: 1 year (Preferred) AWS or Azure Certified DevOps / Solutions Architect: 3 years (Preferred) DataDog and Splunk: 2 years (Preferred) Remote working requires 50 MB download and 7 MB upload internet #LI-LG1 #LI-Remote #Dice Exciting News: EEO Statement: EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability Compensation Range: $100,000 – $150,000; At Anywhere, actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individuals skills, experience, and qualifications.
