Must Haves: 2+ Sailpoint Identity IQ, support experience, operation system expore(linux), Databases(SQL) , Java Seeking DevOps Engineer Professional to help establish and maintain a robust enterprise-wide solutions for our Identity and Access Management project. As the DevOps Engineer Professional, you will be called upon to support with developing, testing, implementing and maintaining features in a high quality and reusable fashion in accordance with principles and best practices of quality software development and enterprise operations. You will learn and imbibe best practices and methodologies while working within a cross-functional team. Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ is a must. Knowledge of Enterprise directory, SQL Server DB is a plus. Some of the Job functionalities include: Support and provide tool administration of Identity and Access Management tools, including SailPoint’s IdentityIQ and Radiant Logic’s Enterprise Directory. Diagnose, solve, and provide root cause analysis for issues related to provisioning and user and entitlement data collection. Coordinate with other support teams to ensure issues impacting tools and systems are resolved quickly. Provide technical guidance, develop design documents, perform product installation, upgrades and certification, implementation plan, deployment and troubleshooting support. Participate in code reviews, integration, and deployment events Effectively prioritize workload to meet deadlines and work objectives Follow release management processes and ensure that all artifacts are created and provided for each deployment.
